- You can refund annual subscription order up to 30 days after the purchase date.
- You can refund monthly subscription order up to 7 days after the purchase date.
After your subscription ends, all the code you have created in your IDE while solving problems or working on projects will still be available on your local machine.
Please note: once you have earned a course certificate after your payment, you are not eligible for a refund, even if it is within 7 days for monthly subscription and 30 days for annual subscription.
Stripe
If you purchase a subscription through Stripe, you can manage or cancel it through your Stripe Account settings.
To cancel a subscription, open Subscription section, then click on Stripe Account in Plan details:
And choose Cancel plan:
To request a refund, please contact Hyperskill Support Team and send the order reference number, invoice number or other purchase-related information. After we make a refund, you should receive the funds back within 7 business days.
JetBrains
