Refund subscription

Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase and do not apply to subscription renewals. 

After your subscription ends, all the code you have created in your IDE while solving problems or working on projects will still be available on your local machine.

Once you have earned a course certificate after your payment, you are not eligible for a refund.

If you’re enrolled in a Premium subscription via a free trial, you can cancel the trial at any time, without being charged. But you won’t be eligible for a refund after your payment method is charged.

If you don’t want to make any more payments, you can cancel auto-renewal.

Stripe

If you purchased your subscription through Stripe and wish to request a refund, please contact Hyperskill Support Team and send the order reference number, invoice number or other purchase-related information. After we make a refund, you should receive the funds back within 10 business days.

JetBrains

If you purchased your subscription through JetBrains account, please contact JetBrains Sales Support Team to resolve this issue.

Mobile

If you need to request a refund for your mobile subscription, please follow the instructions below based on your device:

For iOS Users:

To request a refund on iOS, please refer to this official Apple support page: Apple Subscription Refund.

For Android Users:

To request a refund for your Android subscription:

  1. On your computer, follow the instructions here.
  2. Confirm your Google Play account and locate the order you want to return.
  3. Select "Request a refund" or "Report a problem" and choose the appropriate option that describes your issue.
  4. Fill out the form and make sure to note that you'd like a refund.
  5. You will see a message stating "Thank you for sharing your concerns." An email regarding your refund request will follow (this process may take several business days).

Please note that Google Play or the App Store may decline your refund request based on their own refund policies. Unfortunately, we have no influence over their decisions in such cases.
