You can cancel your subscription at any time.
If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current monthly or annual billing period, and you will retain access to your subscription for the remainder of that period.
Stripe
If you've purchased a subscription through Stripe, you have the ability to manage or cancel it via your Stripe Account settings.
To cancel a subscription, please navigate to the Subscription section, and click on the appropriate button in the plan details section:
Next, choose the option to Cancel plan:
You then need to confirm this action again. If you wish, you can specify the reason for canceling the subscription.
Please make sure your subscription is canceled. You should see the corresponding status in your Stripe account as shown in the screenshot below:
Should you wish to request a refund in addition to canceling your subscription, kindly reach out to the Hyperskill Support Team. Please provide the order reference number, invoice number, or any other pertinent purchase-related details. Once we process the refund, you can expect to receive the funds within 10 business days.

JetBrains
You can cancel your subscription that you no longer want to renew at any time. To do so, you first need to log in to your JetBrains account. On the Licenses page, navigate to JetBrains Academy and choose Cancel subscription.
