If you have an active monthly Premium subscription, you can switch to an annual plan at any time.
Steps to switch:

Go to https://hyperskill.org/subscription and click Switch to annual;

Select Yearly in the Update your subscription section, then click Continue;

Review and confirm your updates.
If you have a promo code, you can add it by clicking Add promotion code.
Currently, only switching from a monthly plan to an annual plan is supported.
